Do your bows come on clips or elastics?

Across our Bows and Multi-Pack range, all accessories come attached to elastics as standard. Bows on clips are available upon request and are treated as a custom order. Simply contact us for more information.

Order Dispatch

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are typically dispatched on business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding Australian public holidays.

Please note customised and made-to-order items require additional production time of 2-4 weeks before dispatch. 

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to confirm whether we can meet your timeframe. 

Shipping

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.

• Standard Post: $9.95

• Express Post: $14.95

• Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $50 AUD

Please allow approximately 2–6 business days for delivery after dispatch, depending on your location and postage method. Express Post does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Refunds + Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item & packaging where applicable. We'll assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will do whatever we can to make sure you love your products as much as we do. In the unlikely event your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll organise a replacement or refund at your convenience.
