For stock items, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
For bows that are made to order, orders will be dispatched within 7-10 business days of receipt of payment.
All items are posted via Australia Post and offer flat rate shipping. You can choose from Parcel Post ($8.95)* or Express Post* ($11.95). *These options include tracking. If you would like tracked or express postage, please select your preference at the checkout.
Free Shipping is offered on orders over $100 shipped within Australia with the code 'FREESHIPPING' is applied at checkout.
Our standard post option is untracked and selected at the purchaser's risk. Mad About Bows take no liability for lost mail items once they have been shipped by us.

Turnaround Time: -
A large number of bows are already pre-made and are raring to go. These can be dispatched within 24 hours.
For custom hand-made bows made or extremely large orders, please allow additional time for turnaround. If you are having a “Bow-lemma” (yep…. it’s a thing) and would like to ensure that your products will arrive in time for a special event, please email sales@madaboutbows.com.au to verify that the items you'd like are in stock, and we will do everything we can to get it to you in time.
Refunds + Exchanges: -
We want you to love your bows as much as we do. In the unlikely event your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll organise a replacement or refund at your convenience.
