Do your bows come on clips or elastics?
Across our Bows and Multi-Pack range, all accessories come attached to elastics as standard. Bows on clips are available upon request and are treated as a custom order. Simply contact us for more information.
Shipping:
All items are posted via Australia Post and offer flat-rate shipping. You can choose from Standard Parcel Postage ($9.95) or Express Post ($14.95). Please allow 2–6 business days (depending on location and postage selection) for your order to reach you.
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates or be responsible for delays that occur once your order has been handed over to Australia Post.
For custom-made orders, please be aware of extended processing times. Shipping estimates will be communicated directly to the buyer upon order confirmation.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over $50 AUD.

Turnaround Time:
A large number of bows are already pre-made and are raring to go. These can be dispatched within 24 hours.
For custom hand-made bows made or extremely large orders, please allow additional time for turnaround. If you would like to ensure that your products will arrive in time for a special event, please email sales@madaboutbows.com.au to verify, and we will do everything we can to get it to you in time.
Refunds + Exchanges:
We want you to love your bows as much as we do. In the unlikely event your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll organise a replacement or refund at your convenience.
Please note: Customers are responsibile for return postage on change-of-mind exchanges.
