Shipping: -
For stock items, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
For bows that are made to order, orders will be dispatched within 7-10 business days of receipt of payment.
All items are posted via Australia Post and offer flat rate shipping. You can choose from Parcel Post ($8.95)* or Express Post* ($11.95). *These options include tracking. If you would like tracked or express postage, please select your preference at the checkout
Our standard post option is untracked and selected at the purchaser's risk. Mad About Bows take no liability for lost mail items once they have been shipped by us.

Turnaround Time: -
A large number of bows are already pre-made (by me) and are raring to go. These can be dispatched within 24 hours.
For custom hand-made bows made or extremely large orders our usual turnaround time is 7-10 days. At peak times please allow a few extra days for delivery. If you are having a “Bow-lemma” (yep…. it’s a thing) and would like to ensure that your products will arrive in time for a special event, please email enquiries@madaboutbows.com.au to verify that the items you'd like are in stock, and we will do everything we can to get it to you in time.
School Fundraising: -
Want to earn some extra $$ for your school? Easy done! We can organise fundraising with you school. Win Win situation… students look classy in their matching accessories and the school makes extra $$$. Refunds + Exchanges:
We do not offer returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged upon delivery please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to quickly resolve any issues.
