Do your bows come on clips or elastics?
Across our Bows and Multi-Pack range, all accessories come attached to elastics as standard. Bows on clips are available upon request and are treated as a custom order. Simply contact us for more information.
Shipping:
All items are posted via Australia Post and offer flat rate shipping. You can choose from Standard Parcel Postage ($9.95) or Express Post ($14.95). Please allow 2-6 business days (depending on location and postage selection) for your order to reach you.
For Custom-made orders please be aware of extended processing times. Shipping estimates will be communicated directly to the buyer upon order confirmation.
Free standard shipping is complementary on orders over $50AUD in value.

Turnaround Time:
A large number of bows are already pre-made and are raring to go. These can be dispatched within 24 hours.
For custom hand-made bows made or extremely large orders, please allow additional time for turnaround. If you would like to ensure that your products will arrive in time for a special event, please email sales@madaboutbows.com.au to verify, and we will do everything we can to get it to you in time.
Refunds + Exchanges:
We want you to love your bows as much as we do. In the unlikely event your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll organise a replacement or refund at your convenience.
Please note: Customers are responsibile for return postage on change-of-mind exchanges.
